Charakteristika vína
We introduce you this young German variety made by crossing two varieties Helfesteiner and Heroldrebe. On the first sight the wine captivates by its intensive dark garnet colour with purple and black reflexes. The aroma is individual, unchangeable, reminding the mixture of small ripe forest fruit and dates with touch of chocolate.
Konzumace
Maturing in barrique barrels the wine obtained the aroma of vanilla and noble wood. The palate is extractive and very long-lasting. It copies the percept of the aroma and it is completed by composition of sweetish tannings which are made by long grapes maceration.
This really strong wine we recommend to beef and venison specialities, also to steaks, marinaded meat and roastbeef with thick sauce.
