Charakteristika vína
On the first sight the wine captivates by its intensive dark garnet colour with purple and black reflexes.
Konzumace
The aroma is individual, unchangeable, reminding the mixture of ripe small forest fruit, and dates with touch of chocolate. The palate is extractive and very good, it copies the percept from the aroma and it is completed by composition of sweetish tannins which are made by long maceration of grapes.
This really strong wine we recommend to beef and venison specialties, also to steaks, marinated meat and roast beef with tough sauces.
