Charakteristika vína
The dark violet and ruby colour with garnet reflexes of the wine attracts at the first sight.
Konzumace
The nose is full and heavy. There you find the tones of blackberries, black current and forest fruit jam.Wine aging in barrique barrel is giving specific bouquet of vanilla, lightly burnt wood and chocolate. The palate is corpulent and extractive. It attracts by a composition of stewed forest fruit and dried fruit with the tones of dark chocolate and dried plum. We recommend it to spicy venison, beef steaks and hard cheese.
